Beau Terroir
A Bourgogne Pinot Noir for the pleasure-seekers! A great entry point into Burgundy...
AT A GLANCE
TASTING NOTES
This regional red Burgundy shows a great deep red color with purple hues. Very intense nose (raspberry, peony, tobacco). Mouth is very open and with solid texture, yet not harsh. Velvety tanins are very finely mixed with the oak, bringing a lovely texture and complexity. A deep wine to best enjoy in its prime.
WINE AND FOOD PAIRING
The delicacy of this wine in this excellent vintage will make it ideal with red meats, BBQ sausages, soft-flavour cheeses like Camembert or Brillat Savarin.
SERVICE
Serve between 15 and 17°C. Cellar for 3 to 5 years or more, but can also be enjoyed in its early prime with typical Pinot Noir fruit character.
