TASTING NOTES
This Shiraz reveals nice and intense red hues. A vibrant nose of flowers is followed by mellow wooden tones. Balanced structure in the mouth, with medium density and a long finish. Very enjoyable!

The delicacy of this wine in this excellent vintage will make it ideal with red meats, big game and ripe or full-flavoured cheeses.

Family-owned 2 ha block
Limestone soil
Average age of the vines: 35 years

VINIFICATION
Hand harvested in small 20 kg baskets
Fermentation: natural yeast in wooden-barrel oak for 20 to 25 days

AGEING
In our cellars in 228l oak barrels (30% new oak)
Ageing time : 14 to 16 months
No filtration before bottling
